Private Events
 

UCBC offers private event spaces at both our Grove and Midtown locations. Each of our event spaces has a unique and distinctive feel. Between them, they provide options for occasions that range from small and intimate to large and social, and all can be equipped with audio-visual systems ideal for presentations, sporting event viewing, or other occasions. Grove Brewery & Bierhall
The private event space at our Grove Brewery & Bierhall is located at the eastern edge of our bierhall. An entryway through private glass doors cuts into exposed brick and opens to reveal a corner window that highlights stainless steel tanks and the other equipment of our fermentation hall. This unique glimpse of the brewery is complemented by a small bar and private bathrooms. The room seats approximately 60 people when outfitted with long bierhall tables, or can host approximately 100 people when utilizing old wooden barrels for a more cocktail-style set up. Rental for a 3 hour event is $400 and a minimum spend of $1,500 is required. Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance of your event.

Midtown Brewery & Biergarten
The private event space at our Midtown Brewery & Biergarten is located just north of our outdoor biergarten and occupies the annex of the T.P. Barnett Spanish Mission-style building. The exposed brick walls, concrete floor & ceiling, and the vintage furniture & bar give the space a cozy, industrial feel. It seats approximately 30 people, or can accommodate 40 or so for a more casual cocktail-style event. Rental for a 3 hour event is $200 with a minimum spend of $750. Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance of your event.
