Visit Urban Chestnut Breweries
Urban Chestnut operates two brewery locations in the city of Saint Louis–each offers a unique guest experience. Our original location, the Midtown Biergarten, features a traditional German Biergarten and a cozy taste room. Our second location, the Grove Bierhall, houses a large, industrial style Bierhall with long, communal tables–perfect for large groups and happy hours.
The Grove Bierhall
Our large industrial, bierhall offering a wide selection of UCBC bier offerings and Sugarfire serving their classic BBQ, U.R.B. Pizza, and a taste of European-inspired cuisine.
Bierhall Hours:
Tues-Thurs: Noon - 10pm
Fri-Sat: Noon – 12am
Sun: Noon – 9pm*
*Sunday Feb. 2nd is our annual Wolpertinger Festival! This is a ticketed event so we will be closed to the public. Tickets available online and sold at the door until sold out!
Kitchen closes at 9:30pm Tues-Sat, and at 8:30pm on Sundays.
*We will be closing early at 5pm on Super Bowl Sunday 2/9.

We will be closed on Sunday, Feb. 2nd while we host our Wolpertinger Festival at our Grove location. Get your tickets here!

Our third brewery is located in the Hallertau region of southern Germany, near our Brewmaster's home town. Here we brew the Hallertauer Series - small batches of locally sourced, Bavarian bier.
