Crawfish Boil at the Midtown Brewery & Biergarten
In Louisiana, the arrival of Spring is celebrated with a crawfish boil, an event popular amongst all cultural and age groups. In St. Louis, Spring is the arrival of Biergarten season, an institution joining people from all walks of life. At UCBC, we just really like the idea of people gathering for food and beer! As such, our inaugural Crawfish Boil is happening this Saturday, April 4th, at our Midtown Brewery & Biergarten!

In addition to classic Cajun cuisine, we'll have Schlossturm, our Altbier, and Barbe Rouge, our NEW Dry-Hopped Farmhouse Ale, on tap for the first time in 2015!

Enjoy peeling these tasty little crustaceans while you sip from a stein of UCBC bier and kick back to the bayou tunes of the Zydeco Crawdaddys! We've got 600 pounds of crawfish for Saturday, but these little guys will go fast!

Food Menu:

$15 - Bier & Boil Special: 1 pound of boiled crawfish w/potatoes, corn, onions, & andouille sausage AND a UCBC Bier
($13 without bier)

$6 - Chicken Andouille Gumbo

$6 - Grilled Andouille Sausage
